We will conduct a full audit of the company computer systems and, more importantly, the business requirements for the computer system. The results are provided as a report on actions that should be taken immediately, within three months and the longer term to ensure that the business requirements are met.
Typically this report will recommend:
- Updates to the existing hardware to increase efficiency and reduce downtime, where required.
- Updates and patches to software packages where required.
- Updates to system security and operations, for example use of network passwords, backup strategy, anti virus software, Internet firewalls and physical security.
- Training requirements for staff to improve efficiency and maximise the company’s investment in equipment.
In addition, it will provide an outline IT strategy for the next 12-15 months.
This report is charged depending on the size and scope of the system reviewed, however it will be performed free of charge if you take out an ongoing maintenance contract with us.
